In the heart of Rothschild Boulevard in
Tel Aviv, within a preserved historical building owned by the Rothschild family, we designed and planned luxurious offices for the private banking division of the Edmond de Rothschild Family Foundation. Under the guidance of Baroness Ariane de Rothschild, the project emphasized blending the building's rich historical heritage with modern functionality and aesthetics.

The office spaces were inspired by classic European design, skillfully infused with modern touches to create a balance between functionality and elegance. Some of the spaces evoke the warmth of a Swiss living room, offering a cozy, homelike atmosphere through meticulously curated furnishings. On the other hand, the conference rooms exude unmatched luxury,
featuring Italian furniture crafted

by leading international designers. The preserved structure,

one of Tel Aviv’s most beautiful architectural landmarks, remains true to its historical essence. Preserving the original architectural details was a cornerstone of the project,
seamlessly integrated with contemporary elements introduced with precision and care.

As a hub for private banking, the offices deliver an exceptional hosting experience.

Rothschild Boulevard, synonymous with luxury, culture, and innovation, provides the ideal backdrop for the foundation’s activities, which uphold a legacy of
international investment
and cultural promotion.

At Design Sense, we are proud to have been part of this extraordinary project

that bridges history, design artistry, and modern innovation.
